GENERAL INFORMATION

Use of Facility: At no time will this building be used without a signed Contract or a written confirmation from the Chief of Operations (COO) or perhaps from the Executive Director, or Administrative Assistant who is in charge of the events/planning for assistance.

Facility Rental Agreement: A contractual agreement outlining building use and audio/visual needs MUST be signed by all parties within 2-3 weeks after approval of the contract.

Cancellations: PLEASE inform the COO or the Director if rooms previously requested are no longer needed. We ask that you provide this information as soon as possible, allowing others to request space, as well as unnecessary set-up work done by facility workers.

Events In Which Food & Drinks Are Served: A list of Approved Caterers is mandated by the Director. Outside caterers MUST be, and posses a valid license and Certificate of Insurance. These two items MUST be presented upon the signing of the Rental Agreement. At NO time will drinks that are RED in color be permitted in any part of the facility and NO Coffee/Drinks permitted in the Worship Area except Water.

Certificate of Insurance: A Certificate of Insurance is required for building use by outside organizations.

Security & Opening/Closing: Arrangement of security is at the discretion of the facilities COO or Director when required. There is a $20.00 per hour additional fee for security, and for the one who has to open/close the facility.

Use of The Worship Center: For use of the Worship Center, such as needing sound, lighting, use of instruments, projectors, etc, an additional Worship Center form is submitted along with the contract.
